What’s in that glass of milk?

There is something I love about a tall glass of frosty-cold milk. It’s delicious. Some people cannot understand the whole plain white milk. They need to put something in it, like Milo or chocolate, but I’m happy to drink it straight and plain (as long as it’s full cream–I can’t stand skim milk. It’s a rort! Why pay the same price as real milk when it’s just watered down? Plus I grew up on skim until my eyes were opened to the beautiful flavoursome full-cream milk. But enough of this digression). When it comes to the plight of our dairy farmers, there is quite a dark story behind the milk in Australia. But if you want to drink a pure glass of white you don’t have to go a country mile.
